What is the pricing for kids’ parties?

All kids’ birthday packages start at $299.00 USD for up to 8 participants (including the birthday child). You will have the choice to upgrade your party to the VIP tier (price varies) and add on extra participants and other things for an extra charge.

What does the party schedule look like?

You will have 90 minutes (1.5 hours) of party time, PLUS an additional half hour before and after your designated time for whatever you may need. The first 45 minutes will be for the craft(s), and the next 45 minutes will be for any food/cake you have planned and presents.

Can I bring food and drinks?

Absolutely! If you have cold items, you may consider bringing a cooler with you as we don’t have access to a refrigerator. If you need suggestions for local bakeries, let us know, and we can help!

What decorations do you provide?

All parties will include colored disposable tablecloths on the party table, as well as a themed photo backdrop. You are welcome to bring whatever decorations you would like, and you’ll have a half hour before and after the party to set up and take down your decor.

I need to cancel my booking, how can I do that?

We get it, life happens! You can cancel the booking by contacting us at least 7 days prior for a full refund on your $100.00 deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of the party, a refund cannot be given, however, you can reschedule your party. If for some reason, the studio has to cancel, you will be given a full refund.

I need to update the amount of kids coming to the party, how do I do that?

One week before the party, we will contact you to get a final headcount. You will be charged the remainder balance based on that headcount.

Can other parents stay during the party?

Of course! It can get a little crowded, but we’re always welcome to parents staying!

What are the responsibilities of the parent/host for the party?

The parent/guardian/host of the party must be present during the duration of the party, and until the last guest leaves. You will be responsible for the following:

- Sending invitations
- Greeting guests
- Serving all food and beverages
- Conducting any games, as well as coordination of opening presents
- Notifying parents/guardians of guests any allergens that may be present during the party
- Arranging transportation for all party guests
- Ensuring all party guests are picked up by their parent/guardian
